The opportunities for women in industry and commerce are currently very good. In many sectors, there is a lack of skilled labour. During the corona crisis, new digital working models were tested and made the standard. Despite these promising conditions, women still work part-time more often than men do and make up a smaller percentage of leadership positions in the business world.
This is where our workshops and the programme BayernMentoring PROFI take their starting point. The workshops support you in discovering and expanding your talents and abilities. In the programme BayernMentoring, female mentors from industry and commerce show you the diversity of new work (and life) models in companies.
