Professor - A Dream Job With a Future!
At HNU, we are striving to increase the proportion of female professors across our faculties. At the moment, the share of female professors at HNU is 25% (as of 31.12.2021), compared to 21% female professors in all of Bavaria.
We offer female lecturers both individual counseling and informational events on the topic of 'Becoming a Professor'.
Female lecturers can also participate in select events of the programme Women.Doing.Science.
HNU furthermore participates in the programme ‘rein-in- die-hörsäle’ (opens in a new window) by LaKoF, which enables the financing of teaching assignments.
Female Professors at HNU can take the opportunity for advanced training in individual coachings on topics such as communication, leadership, or resilience. Dr. Felicitas Meifert-Menhard, head of Women.Doing.Science, is the contact person.
