The team of the ZID can be reached during business hours at +49 (0) 731/9762-2828 and helps both employees and students with IT problems.

Further Support
In addition, the ZID offers support via an internal ticket system. You can either send an e-mail to zid[at]hnu[dot]de or manually open a ticket via support.hs-neu-ulm[dot]de. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.
