Bavaria is the best base for start-ups!" said Bavaria's Minister of Science Markus Blume at the opening of all Bavaria's start-up hubs on May 1. "Founding can be learned: our start-up hubs help students and academic staff to get started. We are continuing the success story of Bavaria as a start-up state throughout the Free State: We are funding the establishment and expansion of the start-up hubs with around three million euros and ten permanent positions - for systematic start-up training. Start-up hub KANU
The neighboring regional universities and the university in Bavarian Swabia have joined forces in order to better launch and support innovative business ideas from the universities. Entrepreneurial activity is therefore the focus of a new program that will be funded in Bavarian Swabia with a total of 500,000 euros and two employee positions over the next five years.
