Over the course of five semesters, students acquire practical knowledge of business administration and corporate management, which is combined with extensive expertise in preventive fire protection. The interdisciplinary knowledge acquired serves the goal-oriented solution of challenges in preventive fire protection as well as the self-critical examination and improvement of the management and decision-making behavior of the students against the background of a possible independence. The Master's course is aimed in particular at architects, civil engineers and engineers for heating, ventilation, sanitary and air-conditioning technology and is run in cooperation with the DHRW Academy.
"The Master's in Preventive Fire Protection is an investment in the future and in your own company," explains course director Prof. Dr. Achim Dehnert. "This course bundles special specialist and decision-making knowledge in the field of fire protection and is highly interesting for anyone who is on the path towards company management or self-employment."
