True to the guiding principle "Shaping the Digital Transformation through Agile Transformation", the Agile Community Oberschwaben was launched by the Competence Center for Agile Product and System Development at Neu-Ulm University. In addition to scientists, it also consists of employees from SMEs in the region who are involved with agility. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary, the results, the intensive discussions and new aspects and ideas were summarized in a publication - which was independently written by the members of the community.
The contributions present a portfolio of topics from the community in the areas of "Introducing Agility", "Agile Product Development", "Retrospectives" and "Agile Values". The book is aimed at people interested in agile topics, interdisciplinary teamwork and practical project management. The texts contain many recommendations and tips from the community members for agile comrades-in-arms and all those who would like to become one.
The Agile Community Oberschwaben is part of the Innovation Circle Agile Product and System Development (CAPS) subproject of the InnoSÜD university network. Within the CAPS sub-project, an Innovation Circle for Agile Product and System Development was set up and established at Neu-Ulm University. At regular events, in workshops or at informal get-togethers, participants have the opportunity to inform themselves about agile working, agile methods and agile mindset, to exchange ideas and to network.
