From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., HNU students, faculty and staff can put together their own individual program. Lectures are offered by various health insurance companies, for example on the topics of "Everything for the immune system" or "Brainfood - food for the brain". Recordings of "Fuckup Nights" are intended to help people deal with their own failures or experiences of failure. In addition, various health checks will be offered, such as the "Back Check", the "Neck Check" or the "Stress Pilot".
In the outdoor area of the HNU, visitors can either work out for 30 minutes in the CONTRAINER of the Techniker Krankenkasse or take advantage of a 30-minute individual workout consultation. In addition, the basketball pros from BBU '01 will be on site with a basket-throwing facility.
In addition, the various health insurance companies will offer information booths on health topics. A large selection of newly acquired titles awaits readers in the library of Neu-Ulm University. The "Addiction Press" will be displayed in the outside window from November 28, 2022. It deals with topics such as alcohol and drug consumption, disproportionate eating, playing sports, gambling, shopping addiction or the consumption of online content.
