On­line event IN GER­MAN: "Bet­ter than their repu­ta­tion - fath­ers in the Corona crisis".

The online event "Better than their reputation - Fathers in the Corona crisis" revolves around the question of how fathers can react to compatibility challenges that the Corona pandemic confronts them with - and how companies can provide support. In his keynote speech, Volker Baisch from Väter gGmbH will address the following questions, among others: How did fathers fare during the Corona pandemic? What could fathers perhaps also benefit from during the Corona pandemic? How can companies respond to the pandemic that want to support fathers in particular? How can employees with family and caregiving responsibilities emerge from the pandemic strengthened and healthy?

Günzburger Steigtechnik GmbH will also be available as a practical example: The company will provide an insight into the practice of family-oriented offers under the conditions of the Corona pandemic. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to contribute their own experiences and address questions to the speakers and representatives of Günzburger Steigtechnik GmbH.
