In practical study projects, you will develop skills to comprehend, design and market intelligent solutions. Learning in group work is fun at the HNU and challenging content is easier to memorise. Our blended learning concepts enable you to learn flexibly. Studying with deepened practical experience is also possible with us. Our international university partners enable you to spend an integrated semester abroad in a country of your choice. The focus of this interdisciplinary programme is on practice-oriented studies in the field of data science with a focus on management, digitalisation and innovation.

Admission requirements

  • At least an entrance qualification for higher education in universities of applied sciences in Bavaria
  • For international applicants: German language skills on level B2
  • The programme is approval-free

By combining Data Science and Management, alumni are able to pursue a management career with a professional foundation as well as a professional career. The academic foundations created can be further expanded through a Master's degree with a focus on data science or management. The breadth of the content offered in the Data Science Management degree programme should therefore be particularly emphasised, in addition to the required subject-specific depth. From the 5th semester onwards, individual focal points can be flexibly selected from many offers.

The language of instruction in this degree programme is German. Occasionally, lectures may be held in English, e.g. when using guest lecturers from abroad.
