We are pleased that you are willing to share your career with us. First of all, we are interested in the path from your studies at HNU to your current employer.
After the IMUK studies, despite my master's degree, I first worked in a management consultancy on a project basis and was able to apply a lot of content from the information management part. Building on this, I enjoyed my master's degree much more because of the practical experience I gained. By the end of the master's degree, I had become self-employed and founded my own one-man advertising agency from the creative part of the IMUK degree. Since I was a volunteer in the student council and in the Lions Club during my studies, I participated in the typing campaign "Be a hero. Donate Life" typing campaign, I was able to get to know my current boss. Shortly before I had my Master of Science in my pocket, he offered me the opportunity to develop a small business with 70 employees in the field of digitalization. Which I still enjoy doing every day at HAFI to this day.

How can one imagine your working day?
I head the sales office and the digitization team with a total of ten employees. My day-to-day work consists of developing the company in the field of digitization and developing new sales concepts. This is rounded off by a wide variety of topics from day-to-day operations and the support of our nationwide sales force.

They had previously obtained their Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. When you look back on this time, what do you especially like to remember?
To personal contact. During my time as a student and student representative, I perceived HNU as the centre of my life and felt at home there. It was never an anonymous place for me, but a place where one feels at home. In terms of my studies, the same thing. One was never anonymous, not a number in the crowd, but was perceived and taken seriously. Small groups, personal attention and dedicated lecturers.

Do you still have contact to your former fellow students?
A fellow student is my girlfriend today, we met in the first semester and fell in love in one of the last semesters. I have also found friendships for life, even if some are scattered all over the world, the contact remains. Some friends are still here in the region.

How would you complete the following sentence?
HNU...
"has enabled me to think and direct my life in a whole new direction."
