Professor Dr. Mario A. Pfannstiel

Mario A. Pfannstiel, is a researcher and lecturer in the field of hospital and helathcare management at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. He holds an MSc degree from the Dresden International University in patient management, and an MA degree from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and the University of Witten/Herdecke in healthcare and social facilities management. He worked as executive assistant to the medical director in the Heart Centre Leipzig in Germany. At the University of Bayreuth, he worked as research assistant at the Department of Strategic Management and Organization. He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics and the Chair of Management, Professional Services and Sport Economics at the University of Potsdam. His research work includes mumerous contributions, journals, and books on management in the healthcare industry. 

He has gathered extensive international experience, which has further enriched his expertise in the field of management. As a guest professor and researcher, Mario A. Pfannstiel has taught at multiple foreign universities. His international experience has granted him a broad understanding of global management practices and challenges in the healthcare industry. Furthermore, as a speaker at international conferences and symposiums in many countries, he has shared his expertise and contributed to intercultural exchange.  These diverse international experiences have shaped him into a highly qualified expert capable of addressing relevant and comprehensive topics and challenges in healthcare management.
