For what reasons did you decide to study at HNU?
I graduated from high school at 18 and the only thing I knew at that time was that I would like to study. But I was overwhelmed by what was on offer and didn't really know which degree programme to take up. Honestly, my parents recommended that I study business administration because it gives you a broad range of options after graduation. So I applied to study business administration at Neu-Ulm University.

What experiences during your studies have had a particular impact on you?
Then everything went relatively quickly. I started my studies at HNU and first had to fight my way through the basic studies. From the fourth semester onwards, I was able to choose my specialisations and decided on consulting, marketing and sales. I particularly enjoyed the practical relevance of the specialisations and the direct contact with various companies.

What was your first job like and how did you become interested in it?
After my Bachelor's thesis, I briefly felt like I did before my studies: What do I want to do next? It was clear to me relatively quickly that a Master's degree was out of the question for me. I also really wanted to move to Munich and gain experience in sales. So I started looking for a job in Munich. By chance, I came across the Aristo Group and applied. To be honest, at the time I didn't really know what recruitment agencies were all about. But the application process convinced me and gave me a good insight into the profession. A young, dynamic and friendly environment, a great office with many different benefits. So I thought to myself: Why not?

Please describe your everyday working life. Which projects do you work on and which tasks do you particularly appreciate?
I have been with the Aristo Group since 2018. I started as a rookie and now work as a Principal Consultant. Especially in the first few months, I often reached my limits and learned a lot about myself and developed further. When I started my career, I was ideally supported by a mentor and an in-house training programme with great trainers. Today, I supervise several very well-known medical technology companies and support them in successfully completing their projects. If you were to ask me what I particularly enjoy, it would certainly be the look behind the scenes of the different companies, the contact with many different people and that you can learn something new every day.

How would you complete the following sentence beginning?
HNU...
"...was the right choice for me in retrospect because it offers a good mix of theory and practice and therefore prepared me well for professional life."
