The shortened innovation cycles and constant changes in the market environment present established companies with the task of developing new and sustainable business models as well as transforming existing models accordingly. This applies in particular against the backdrop of radically changing customer information, purchasing and usage behavior in order to maintain competitiveness and innovative capacity.
