My motto in life: Grow in encounters.
Why I am involved at the university: I am particularly interested in passing on to students the experience I have gained in my career. This involves successes but also stumbling blocks that I have seen and experienced. Only if we people share our experiences openly and honestly in dialogue and reflect and tackle the challenges of the future together will we be successful in the long term. The barrier-free networking of disciplines and schools of thought of the most diverse kind will lead to an explosion of innovation. To strengthen this, BEGEGNUNG is a guarantee for growth.
What sales means to me: For me, sales is a vehicle to bring people together and thus influence them in various ways. The goal of successful sales is the continuous growth of a company and this in a healthy case with first-class earnings. In the same intensity the sales department represents the interface to the outside world. This means that every single sales person is a "little foreign minister" of a company. For this reason, sales is one of the most important parts in an organization.
