Vita

  • After 10 years as an officer in the German Armed Forces and a part-time doctorate, Prof. Dr. Kracklauer switched to the international marketing and sales management of the consumer goods manufacturer Procter & Gamble. There he held various management positions in the USA and Germany; at Harvard Business School he completed the International Visiting Scholar Program in the Faculty of General Management and headed a research group on CRM.
  • Prof. Dr. Kracklauer has been at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences since 2002. He is Professor of Marketing and Sales and, together with Professors Fabian and Zwecker, heads the Competence Centre for Growth & Sales Strategies. In 2002 he was accepted as a member of the Bavarian America Academy. Since 2002 Kracklauer has also been advising medium-sized companies at the executive and board level (including Gardena, Steiff, Dr. Scheller Cosmetics, Graupner, Weihenstephan).
