Neu-Ulm Uni­versity of Ap­plied Sci­ences on DAAD Fact Find­ing Mis­sion to Greece

From March 18 to 23, 2024, the HAW.International Fact Finding Mission Greece took place in Athens and Crete and was accompanied by 14 German universities of applied sciences. On site for Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) was Stephanie Bühren, Operational Director of the Center for Postgraduate Education. The aim of this program is to intensify cooperation in research and education.

The Fact Finding Mission program, which was launched by the DAAD for German universities and potential foreign cooperation partners, aims to facilitate longer-term cooperation between educational institutions in different countries through fact-finding missions. At the heart of this project is a platform for building relationships and exchanging ideas.

During the excursion, Stephanie Bühren visited various institutions in Greece, including the Goethe-Institut Athens, the University of West Attica, the Metropolitan College, Boehringer Ingelheim Athens, the German-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), the Technical University of Crete, the Hellenic Mediterranean University, the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute and the Science and Technology Park of Crete.

HNU's participation in such international initiatives underlines the university's commitment to global exchange and the promotion of international partnerships for the further development of education and research.
