After a two-year break due to the pandemic, cultural life has returned to the campus of Neu-Ulm University (HNU). Students of the elective cultural project recently organized a cultural evening in HNU's Founders Space and presented the results of their semester's work.

Exuberant mood and a variety of challenging and moving cultural projects: This is what awaited the 40 or so visitors to the elective subject's cultural evening. A total of eleven projects could be marveled at.

The following projects were presented:

  • Music composition by Maximilian Stegmaier
  • Portrait project by Kim Hozlinger:
  • Book presentation and reading by Leana Brandl:
  • Short film "Doppelgänger" by Noah Blank, Diep Ho, Helen Hold and Adrian Pion Garcia.
  • "Edges" by Lea Koriath.
  • Beginnings in Concept Art by Robin Meier
  • Dancing - Rediscovering a Passion by Katrin Ritter
  • Oil painting "The Green Way" by Karla Militz:
  • Oil painting by Josephine Riemschneider
  • Fairy tales and myths meet scrapbooking by Eslem Saglam
  • Handlettering and watercolor by Nicole Striedl

The elective cultural project has been offered since the winter semester 2019/2020 under the direction of Ulrike Gerdiken and Christoph Giebeler. Cultural activities enrich students' personalities and thus impart skills that are important in professional life. Personal development also benefits enormously from cultural action.
