The CHANGEMAKER ACADEMY was developed to train young employees to become resilient and effective changemakers who are able to initiate and drive internal transformation processes in companies. In the midst of global challenges such as the climate crisis, war and social division, the academy aims to make the economy fit for the future from within.
The students developed a concept for a special login area on the CRITICAL FRIENDS website, which replaces the previous PDF workbook. This area should enable participants to find all relevant information, tasks and follow-up options in one place and to use the training content in an interactive and structured way.
Positive Feedback
Andy Pachaly, HNU alumna and Head of Communications at CRITICAL FRIENDS, is delighted with the results: “The students' creative ideas and diverse solutions are helping us to make the CHANGEMAKER AKADEMIE even more accessible and interactive. This collaboration shows how valuable fresh perspectives are for sustainable transformation.”
Prof. Danny Franzreb was also impressed by the creativity and commitment of the students: “The collaboration with CRITICAL FRIENDS offered our students a valuable opportunity to apply their skills in a real-world context while making a positive contribution to society.”
Maja Weise added: “The results show how important it is for young designers to deal with social issues and use their skills to bring about change. A project like this offers the ideal opportunity to focus intensively on these aspects and at the same time deepen your knowledge of UX/UI design.”
Next steps
The concepts and designs developed will now be reviewed by CRITICAL FRIENDS and will be implemented in the near future to support the academy in its work.
