HNU PhD student publishes book chapter on the implementation of DevOps (Development and Operations) for successful IT transformation

HNU’s PhD student Anna Wiedemann, former research assistant at the Center for Research on Service Sciences (CROSS), is the lead author of a book chapter recently published as part of the issue "Balancing Agile and Disciplined Engineering and Management Approaches for IT Services and Software Products" by IGI Global. In their study, Wiedemann and colleagues identify several critical indicators for the integration and organization of DevOps teams for the management of software platforms, software applications, and mobile applications (apps) recommended for successful IT transformation. The study and publication were carried out in collaboration with colleagues at the Technical University of Dortmund and the Technical University of Munich.
