Concept sem­inar with Husqvarna

Last Friday the company representatives of Husqvarna, Mr. Esmat Pieck (Marketing Manager Germany) and Mrs. Carmen Zöttl (PR & Social Media), were guests at Vöhlinschloss Illertissen.

In the past weeks, the students conducted expert interviews with dealers and end customers. Quantitative studies with 2,000 to 3,000 end customers were carried out and customer insights generated. Personas, customer journeys and sustainable sales strategies were derived on this basis. The student groups were coached by Prof. Kracklauer and Ms Schill.

Mr. Pieck and Ms. Zöttl are enthusiastic about the diversity and inventiveness of the groups.
