On the pulse of time - Di­git­isa­tion in the craft trades

Last Friday the students had the opportunity to present their results to the Bosch company representatives Mr. Oliver Koukal (Senior Vice President Sales), Mr. Friedhelm Traut (Vice President International Sales & Sales Excellence), Mr. Christian Neudel (Project Manager Digital Transformation of Sales Processes) and Mrs. Marina Rogg (Sales Western Europesowie) in the Vöhlinschloss in Illertissen.

The practitioners as well as Prof. Kracklauer and Mrs. Schill were enthusiastic about the achievements of the eight groups. With a lot of commitment and heart and soul, the students conducted almost 300 expert interviews in the last weeks with a questionnaire, which was mostly based on the Kano model and/or the tool of the "Values Proposition Canvas". The student groups then developed practical sales strategies for Bosch. The enthusiasm was reflected in the nomination of three first places.
