Flexible bundling of heterogeneous services (Flebuh)

Due to innovations in the field of information and communication technologies, there is a greater digitisation of services. One consequence is complex and individualised bundles of services which companies offer jointly on the market. In reality, however, these service bundles only comprise very homogeneous services (e.g. travel portals). In the case of heterogeneous services, end customers have so far had to select and coordinate the providers independently, which is associated with a high degree of complexity. In order to be able to realise such offers in the future, the following research question will be investigated: Which technological and business management prerequisites are necessary for companies to offer heterogeneous service bundles to customers? In addition to technological prerequisites, the study thus also focuses on enabling an economic "win-win" situation.
