Today, Prof. Kracklauer's students received the briefing and the assignment from Ms Carmen Zöttl (PR & Social Media) and Ms Nicole Mahler (Marketing Specialist). The focus is on the Husqvarna battery series. The task is to make the following models, among others, fruitful for the practice: Development of a persona, touchpoint management along the purchasing process and elaboration of a benchmark market analysis.
