Ap­ply now for in­ter­na­tional edu­ca­tion pro­gram with Finnish part­ner uni­versity

As part of a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) of University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm (HNU) and the HNU Founders Space in cooperation with the Oulu University of Applied Sciences, students have the opportunity to spend a week in northern Finland examining the topic of "Sustainability in Entrepreneurship".

A unique adventure awaits students in the north of Finland: HNU and the HNU Founders Space are hosting the innovative project "Arctic Madness - Sustainability in Entrepreneurship" together with the Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland. The Blended Intensive Program (BIP) offers an extraordinary opportunity to deal intensively with the topics of social responsibility, team entrepreneurship and corporate communication in an international environment together with international students from Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland..


What does the program offer?
Participants can expect an inspiring week in which they can network with international students and immerse themselves in the world of sustainable innovation in interactive learning sessions. A special highlight on the program is the "Polar Bear Pitching" event, where participants present their ideas in an ice hole. In addition, ice fishing and a closing party offer a good opportunity to cool down. 


Period and location
The event will start online on February 5 and 6, 2024 and will take place on site in Oulu, Finland, from February 26 to March 2, 2024.


Funding and crediting
Participants can look forward to Erasmus+ funding of between a minimum of 420 euros and a maximum of 930 euros. It is also possible to receive up to 5 ECTS credits for participation.

Interested students from the 3rd semester onwards are invited to apply by sending an email to foundersspace[at]hnu[dot]de with a few sentences about their motivation to participate. Please note that the number of participants is limited - a total of 12 places are available.
