The students from various Bachelor's and Master's degree courses presented their results from the fields of painting, crochet, photography, music and cooking. From cubist paintings and crocheted pixel art to impressive photographs of Ulm and Neu-Ulm landmarks, a self-composed piece of music and a varied buffet with delicious specialties - the range of projects reflected the individuality, creativity and commitment of the participants.
An evening full of highlights
In addition to the various projects, the cultural evening also offered other highlights. For example, the HNU choir impressed with its musical skills and invited guests to sing along with its repertoire. As part of the project presentations, guests were able to get active themselves and try their hand at crocheting, for example. The emotional highlight of the evening was the performance of a piece of music composed by one of the participants, which touched and inspired the audience.
The lively interaction and mutual exchange between the guests and the participants of the cultural project also enriched the event. Questions were asked, ideas exchanged and new perspectives gained in an informal atmosphere. This dialog not only enabled a deeper understanding of the artistic processes behind the projects, but also offered the opportunity to make new contacts and get to know the diverse talents of the HNU students.
Space for artistic development and personal growth
The compulsory elective subject "Cultural Project" offers students the valuable opportunity to engage in artistic and creative activities outside of the regular curriculum and to discover their personal strengths and abilities in the process. Students independently develop a project, which they implement over the course of the semester and present to the public at the cultural evening. In addition to the practical implementation of their project, students also deal with the skills and abilities required to realize their ideas. They reflect on their learning experiences, document their personal development process and draw conclusions for their studies and later professional life.
