Registration for the university sports semester program

Dates and deadlines , 26 March 2024, 10:00 :

Attention sports fans:
From Tuesday, March 26 at 10 a.m. you can register for the new semester program of university sports!
Important: From this semester onwards, it's "first come, first serve" - places will be allocated according to the number of registrations received. So you better be quick!

The University of Ulm's university sports program will start with a new registration system from the summer semester. The courses can be booked from Tuesday 26.03.2024 at 10 am.
HNU students please register directly in the system via the registration (opens in a new window)button with the required registration data. You will receive a code by e-mail. Please enter this code and complete the registration.

Once you have successfully booked a course, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Payment for courses is still made by bank transfer. Please note that it is important to make the transfer in good time, otherwise you will lose your place on the course. Please bear in mind that the University Cashier's Office needs 1-2 working days to process the payment and does not work on public holidays. Therefore, immediate payment after registration is essential.

Important: With the system change, there will no longer be any prioritization in the future.  From now on, the principle of "first come first serve" will apply.

Note from the university sports team:
"We are happy to accept your tips on initial errors in the system and opportunities for further development at hochschulsport@uni-ulm.de and at the same time ask for your indulgence if not everything runs smoothly at the beginning. Please also note that we receive a flood of emails and queries at the start of the semester and it may therefore take a few days to respond to your requests. At the beginning of the introduction of the new system, some adjustments will probably be necessary. If you are unable to log in straight away, please clear your browser cache and try again at a later date."
