The EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER AWARD honours marketers and inspiring people who, as individuals or in teams, have made groundbreaking and great achievements in the field of employer branding. We focus on the originality, unique suggestions and ideas of the award winners and ensure visibility of their achievements.

This year the EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER will be awarded for the first time.

We focus on the originality, unique suggestions and ideas of the award winners and ensure visibility of their achievements. The scientific and practical jury, consisting of Prof. Dr. Alexander H. Kracklauer (HNU), Prof. Dr. Sascha G. Fabian (HNU), Prof. Dr. Rupert Bardens (HNU), Oliver Stipar (IHK) and Denisa Schill (HNU), awarded Fritz Stiefel Industrie-Vertretung GmbH and HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in the category EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER 2018/2019.

Fritz Stiefel Industrie-Vertretung GmbH stands for a medium-sized family business with a value-oriented corporate culture in which people are at the centre of attention. The marketing figure "Mr. Boot" is illustrated like a comic, but clearly recognisable as a human being - with a full beard and tattoos. The marketing figure has an internal and external effect: employees identify with "Mr. Boot" and the company values are authentically communicated to the outside world.
