Participants can expect three pitches from young food start-ups - Roko Farming, Hooliroots and Viva la Faba - competing for the SEEBERGER Newcomer Award in the Food category, which comes with 500 euros in prize money. The established start-up Catch-your-bug and the medium-sized company Seeberger will also present their ideas to the audience.
Afterwards, the programme will include a panel discussion with Markus Hummel, the Ulm-based food blogger "Backbube", in which future trends in the food industry will be discussed. Of course, there will also be plenty of time to exchange ideas, get to know each other and network. Food and drink will be provided.
The event will take place in the Founders Space at Neu-Ulm University. Limited tickets are still available.
