Patrick Da-Cruz is Professor of Business Administration and Health Management at the Faculty of Health Management of the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) as well as scientific director of the MBA programme for physicians at the HNU. He studied and obtained his doctorate at the universities of Duisburg-Essen, Bayreuth and the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Dublin. Prior to his work at the HNU, Mr Da-Cruz worked for renowned strategy consultancies in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector as well as in management positions in companies in the healthcare industry in Germany and abroad. He is a regular speaker at specialist conferences, author of various publications and is involved on an honorary basis in various professional societies in the healthcare sector.
