Three decades of university history: lively cooperation, inexhaustible creative power and a strong network. The anniversary year has made it possible to experience in a special way what makes HNU special.

More than 60 companions, relatives, students and partners of HNU have sent a video greeting to the university - with a wide variety of congratulations, anecdotes and personal memories on the university's 30th anniversary. The video clip by founding dean Prof. Dr. Gerhard Hack was viewed most frequently, closely followed by Minister of State Dr. Florian Hermann and former HNU professor Dr. Hermann Demmel.

Highlights of the team

My highlight was the children's university in October. It was great to see how curious the children were about the various activities on offer and how they were able to gain their first experience of programming in a fun way, for example.

The journey through 30 years of HNU has unearthed one or two finds - including this semester info, which an alumnus had in his luggage at the reunion in Steubenstraße. An important goal even back then: transfer to the region.

Over the course of 12 months, numerous helpers planned and organized the anniversary year together with the core team.
